Open Consent Collection System

It has been developed to obtain the express consent of users digitally in order to use personal data within the scope of KVKK. Open consent requests to users are sent via SMS or E-mail message. Users click on the link in the message, view the explicit consent text and accept or reject it. In both cases it is recorded and can be reported. A TUBITAK timestamp is produced with all necessary data for each explicit consent received. Institutions can prove that institutions have obtained explicit consent, with a data set that has the quality of evidence when necessary. The system has functions and integration capabilities to meet the needs of small and large institutions.
